Refund Policy
At RISEUP ENTERPRISES, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our funding process. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a refund policy that ensures applicants receive a fair and timely refund in the event their proposal is not selected for funding.
Refund Details
- If your proposal is not selected for funding, we will refund 50% of the application fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the funding decision.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for applications that are incomplete, ineligible, or withdrawn.
- Refunds will not be issued for proposals that are selected for funding but subsequently withdrawn or terminated.
